1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services provided by Edge City Broadcasting ("ECB," "we," "us," or "our") via edgecitybroadcasting.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms")
2. Independent Infrastructure & Operational Purpose
Edge City Broadcasting operates as an independent media, research, and educational platform
3. Digital Access, Vault Clearance & Subscriptions

Account Credentials: Certain tiers of the platform—including The Station Logbook, Vault 02, and upcoming System Phase One networks—may require access credentials, security tokens, or passcodes (e.g., universal clearance keys)

Billing & Processing: Subscription fees or access transactions are processed securely via third-party payment rails (including Stripe)

Revocation of Bandwidth: ECB reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to any user who engages in harassment, unauthorized data extraction, distribution scraping, or actions designed to compromise community infrastructure.
4. Outpost Supply & E-Commerce Terms

On-Demand Production: Merchandise made available through The Outpost (including apparel, prints, and physical artifacts) is manufactured custom on demand via distributed print-on-demand fulfillment partners (e.g., Printify)

Order Accuracy: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of shipping coordinates, garment sizing, and order details prior to checkout. Because items are custom manufactured upon purchase, orders entering production cannot be modified or canceled

Defects & Misprints: Claims for misprinted, damaged, or materially defective merchandise must be submitted within thirty (30) days of receipt with photo documentation to our designated support desk. General buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection does not qualify for a return or cash refund. Review our dedicated Return & Refund Policy for detailed operational criteria.

Shipping & Risk of Loss: All physical goods are shipped via third-party carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the items to the designated carrier at the manufacturing facility.
5. Intellectual Property & Fair Use Disclosures
All original branding, insignia, custom graphics, audio compositions, written dossiers, and proprietary media produced by Edge City Broadcasting are protected under United States and international intellectual property laws

User Redistribution: You may not duplicate, commercially redistribute, or re-upload Vault dossiers or premium audio logs without express written consent

Fair Use Analysis: Historical clips, archival audio, or government records referenced during investigative breakdowns are deployed strictly under the statutory protections of 17 U.S.C. § 107 (Fair Use) for commentary, educational review, and historical criticism
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The Site, its transmissions, and all products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Edge City Broadcasting, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the platform.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction (Pennsylvania)
These Terms, along with any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of Outpost goods, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Western District of Pennsylvania (Allegheny County).
